Shipping to all major cities in South Africa is R120.

Please note these shipping prices are for towns and cities in South Africa ONLY. Outlying areas in SA need to be quoted.

SHIPPING PROCESS FOR PLANNERS ON PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders for 2026 are open from 1 September - 5 October 2025.  Once pre-orders close your planner gets made. Pre-orders ordered during this time can expect delivery end November 2025. Please note that is an estimate and the actual delivery date will be communicated. We will do updates on Instagram stories, so you know what is going on, as well as on our website, but always feel free to send an mail if you have any questions. Please allow some extra time for unforeseens like loadshedding, strikes etc. making delivery take a little longer than expected.  As soon we receive the first load of stock, those orders will start to ship out. Should you have any other items in your parcel, they will have to wait to get shipped until your planner has arrived during the above mentioned timeline. You will receive notification when your order has been handed over to the courier via email. That email will contain your shipping tracking number. All orders are shipped out of JHB. Ava Rose sends parcels through the Courier guy and Fast Way and standard delivery time after the parcel has been handed to the courier is 1-5 business days, depending on where you live.

You will receive a tracking number and URL, for you to track your parcel.  Once your order has been handed over to the courier, please direct all questions and queries at them. We cannot assist with that tracking.

For delivery purposes you will be required to sign for the package in person.  Please make sure to provide a daytime address, with suburb and postal code - NO PO BOX - where yourself or some else may be able to sign Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm. 

REGULAR SHIPPING PROCESS FOR PLANNERS & OTHER PRODUCTS NOT DURING PRE-ORDER TIME WINDOW

Once payment has been received please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.  

You will receive notification when your order has been handed over to the courier via email. All orders are shipped out of JHB. Ava Rose sends parcels through the Courier guy and FastWay and standard delivery time is 1-5 business days, depending on where you live.
