Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take action accordingly. Report any issues with products or orders received within 24 hours from delivery any damages reported later than 24 hours will not be addressed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) as well as downloaded products (digital downloads). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Any pre-orders on all products, planners, journals, stickers and other accessories included or specially ordered goods are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Goods incorrectly supplied will be exchanged upon the return of the supplied goods. No exchanges will be offered for incorrectly ordered goods. No exchange will be offered on any wrong goods ordered on the pre-orders for planner or other stationery as well as no exchanges for digital products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or the product will be replaced and sent to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ALL Printable and downloadable items/products
Please note that DIGITAL files are PDFs and digital items so NO physical item will be sent out. Please make sure you choose the correct product, due to it’s nature downloadable products are not refundable after the design has been sent to you. I will not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on digital download items.
Please note no sticker pack or pre-order of planners, notebooks or manifestation pads can be returned or refunded once it has been ordered, please make sure you order the correct packs and products, since they get made per customer order. The only time a return or refund will be allowed is in the event of the wrong order being sent out.
